The same public roster is limited in the details it displays. A visible row can show a mugshot, name, and arrest date, but it does not currently show charges, bond, housing, release date, or hold reasons. Those missing fields matter because a booking photo alone does not explain the court case, bond status, or final outcome after arrest.
Find Lincoln County Booking Photos
Start with the Lincoln County Current Inmates roster. Use the Name field or the In Custody On date filter. If the person is listed and a photo is available, it appears in the Mugshot column. If the person is not listed, the photo is blank, or the record is older, use the jail phone or a public-records request.

Are Lincoln County Mugshots Public

That makes the current-inmates roster the only documented online photo channel for adult county jail custody. It also means an older photo request should be framed as a records request to the Sheriff's Office rather than as a search for a public archive.
Request Lincoln County Booking Photos
The local request path is the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office public-records process. Requests may be oral or written. The county says the request form should be sent to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, 1104 East 1st St., Merrill, WI 54452, and asks requesters to allow 7 to 10 working days for a reply.
The request should describe the record sought with enough detail, such as the person's name, approximate arrest date, and that the request is for a booking photo or booking record. The county form lists standard copies at $0.15 unless another fee applies, and notes that actual transcription, photographic, postage, and location costs may apply. When Photos Are Missing
A Lincoln County booking photo can be missing online for several reasons. County records staff also review reports before release, and the county warns that Driver's Privacy Protection Act issues and confidential information may require redaction.

No official Lincoln County policy was located promising automatic roster mugshot removal after dismissal, acquittal, or expunction.
